Famille Antech is a sixth-generation estate based in Limoux, the cradle of traditional-method sparkling wine in southern France. Blending centuries of expertise with a modern, sustainable approach, the family produces elegant, terroir-driven Crémants that highlight Limoux’s cool Pyrenean influences. The Émotion Rosé is crafted from Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir, combining finesse and freshness. It reflects Antech’s signature style: precise, expressive, and infused with the southern warmth and charm of the Languedoc. It sparkles with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and pink grapefruit, lifted by floral and biscuit notes. The palate is crisp yet creamy, with fine bubbles carrying red berry fruit and subtle citrus zest.
